I spotted these photos over at Oh Joy blog spot and thought....
Albuquerque would looks so much better if they turned all the pot holes into gardens. They city will most likely not be fixing any of them anytime soon...so, why not?
I love the photos from the photoblog at http://blackandwtf.tumblr.com/
Some of them are a bit weird, but most of them are pretty cool to look at.
Either way, it's a good time killer!
I've known you for umteen years and I wish you an amazing birthday today!
Here is your 29th year birthday cake ingredients:
5 gallons of drama free liquid
4 pints of travel and adventure
3 cups of love and happiness
2 TBSP of mischief
1 big fart for all your haters (this ingredient is optional)
It is actually snowy and rainy today in the Duke City but I couldn't resist this sexy ass bike made out of hardwood that came across my path on the for the love of bikes blog today. This is a bike that I would consider buying for Pato if he was a bike rider. But yeah, it's a sexy bike and the one who owns it, is the one who I'm sure gets all the play!
Allison sent me this pretty funny website called engrish.com.
I seriously cannot stop laughing and I think all things written in English should be re-translated by Asian countries.
Happy Valentines Weekend to everyone I love!! That means all you sassy single ladies, my family, pato, my amazing friends all over the world and most of all YOU!
Here is a link to some cute Kate Spade E-Valentines to send to your BFF, amore or anyone! click here.

Heart shaped steak..Looks a bit gross, but I bet it's yummy!
I am officially headed to Paris with my good swimmer friends from college! We got our train tickets and hotel rooms booked and we are ready to explore Pear-eeeee!
We are ready for the fashion, food, history and from what I hear the asshole Parisians! Yes, bring it!
We will be close to the centre of Paris and it's going to be an amazing and memorable time..
Maps, I love them!
I seriously can't wait till I can afford to buy a large map and hang it up on our dining room wall. We do have a shower curtain map in our bathroom (which needs to be replaced) and it has come in handy on many shower day dreams of traveling while getting ready for work. Lately I've been staring off into the Europe part of the map as I am traveling to London, Paris and Scotland this year with some of my good friends from college Danielle and Allison. However, I'm always looking for new places to travel and maps really keep me focused on my travel goals.
The countries on our list so far are:
Brazil
Thailand
Canada
China
Estonia
Vietnam
Cambodia
Bolivia
Croatia
Paraguay
Columbia
Argentina (Patagonia)
Yes, it's quite a list and Brazil is actually the first on coming up on that list because Pato's sister is moving with her husband to Sao Paulo. Pato has already traveled to 27 countries in his life and 5 of them are on the list above. I guess it's safe to say that I have a seriously kick ass travel partner.
Today on design sponge they featured these cute maps from These Are Things and JHill Design
Even though they are a bit pricey, I am in love with the world map from These Are Things and the Mexico and Argentina prints from JHill.
JHill also has a New Mexico print that was in my opinion sort of lame. It was focused on Roswell which as us bleed Zia New Mexican's know is only a small and sometimes annoying part of what our bad ass state has to offer. All in all they had a cute approach in mind and I am a fan of their work!
You know you had a good weekend when you come to work on Monday in a chipper and happy mood that annoys the shit out of everyone!
This weekend I had an amazing time with my amore Pato. We scored some free passes to Ojo Caliente Hot Springs and got to soak away our stress in the most amazing NM setting. We also decided to took a detour to Chimayo and ate at Rancho de Chimayo Restaurante a place with great food and great chile.
We wrapped up the weekend by going to see Avatar in 3D. Holy amaze balls that movie rocked and we are glad we paid the extra money to see it in 3D.
I hope everyone had a great weekend and you are currently annoying the shit out of your coworkers on this lovely first Monday in February.
