Calm during the storm

This weekend was relaxing and beautiful. It was filled with beatiful friends, running in the foothills, my amore and reading and finishing a good book  during a Sunday evening thunderstorm. It's always good to show up to work on Monday rested and it feels better too. I am sort of trying to set the pace for when I start school again at the end of the month. So, until then it's relaxing weekends, not scheduling too much and being okay with saying "no" to certain activities I feel I have to do, but not really.We have all been there right? The forcing yourself to go and do something game, i'm starting to think it's healthier to go the other route sometimes. 



My Sunday evening Thunderstorm read was Little Bee By Chris Cleave. This book was truly a powerful read and did not disappoint. I think if you're looking to get a good read in at the end of the Summer, this is your book. Thanks to Curtis for letting me borrow the book~
